Together, we’ll bounce ideas around, and I’ll help you create a personalized, detailed timeline. You’ll get several timeline options to choose from to make sure every part of your dream elopement is covered. From the best time of day for golden-hour portraits to incorporating family, nothing will be overlooked! I want your day to feel relaxed, while also making sure we hit EVERYTHING that is important for you and your partner.

Choosing the right vendors is a huge part of making your day perfect! Who doesn’t love a trusted source to make decisions easier? Based on your vibe and preferences, I’ll recommend vendors who I think will match your energy and style.
This includes everyone from florists to private chefs (yes, you can have a chef prepare an epic post-elopement meal!). My vendor list is full of incredible professionals who understand the unique vibe of elopements and will help make your day even more special.
Location Scouting
After you’ve answered my questionnaire, I’ll share my location gallery with you. This gallery is packed with real-life elopements at different locations and in nearly every season, so you can see how your potential spot looks year-round.
I also visit your chosen location a week or a few days before your elopement to ensure everything is perfect—no surprises like trail or road closures. I’ll send you photos and videos so you can see any changes and give me your input on what works best.
If you’re unsure about the location or just want to explore different options, depending on your travel schedule, we can even meet up a day or two before the ceremony to walk the site together. This way I can hear your thoughts and get a sense whether you love the location or want to try out other options once you see everything in person. I want you to feel confident and excited about your elopement day!
Local Recommendations
Once we narrow down on your location, I’ll give you ALL the best local spots for coffee, hikes, and cozy dinners! My goal is to make your elopement more than just a ceremony, I want you to have the entire experience you both deserve! I’ll suggest local sights, restaurants, and activities that will add to your adventure, making your trip to Lake Tahoe unforgettable.
Unlimited Communication
I offer unlimited FaceTime and phone calls to go over locations, timelines, and any other details that might come up. I want you to feel 100% comfortable with me as your elopement planner and photographer. You’re never alone in this process and you can ask me any question, even if it feels silly to you, I promise – it’s not!
Making Your Elopement Unique
No two elopements are the same, and I’m all about helping you create something totally rad and personalized. From handwritten vow books and sunrise coffee from a stunning overlook to a sunset picnic on the beach, I’ll offer suggestions to make your day unique and unforgettable.
I’ll also help you with your elopement packing list AND bring backups like water, headlamps, a first aid kit, and clear umbrellas—just in case the weather doesn’t cooperate.
What You Manage (But I Can Help With!)
While I assist with most aspects of your elopement, there are a few things you’ll manage, but don’t worry—I’m always here to answer questions! These include:
- Accommodation reservations
- Restaurant reservations
- Booking hair and makeup artists
- Obtaining your marriage license
- Booking an officiant if needed
- Ordering your cake and florals
When it comes to your elopement permits, I can assist with the process but can’t request them on your behalf. I will, however, obtain any necessary photography permits so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
